参加阿伯丁高桅船节（Tall Ship Festival Aberdeen 2025）的高桅船在离开港口时，最后一段是一个狭窄的水道，水道北侧有一座港口管制塔，经过管制塔之后，就是一道长长的防波堤，防波堤的尽头就是大海了。7月22日，高桅船一艘接一艘地驶过管制塔，水道边的高音喇叭里，一遍又一遍地响起一段祈福文。听了几次之后，我发现祈福文的内容是一样的，都以“Deep peace … to you”开头，但是每次念祈福文的人不同。虽然只有短短几句，却情深意长，颇令人感动。
后来了解到，这段祈福文是基于一首苏格兰歌曲《盖尔人的祝福》（A Gaelic Blessing）的歌词改编。我在苏格兰教会（Church of Scotland）的东北和北部群岛分会网站上看到，阿伯丁高桅船节当天组织了一个多信仰代表集会，每艘高桅船离港时由不同的人朗诵这首《盖尔人的祝福》，通过港口管制塔与高桅船之间的通信频道送出，并且在水道边的高音喇叭播放。
